JW Marriott is bringing its ‘Stay in the Moment’ platform to life with a new campaign film featuring global brand ambassador Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, placing the focus on the experiences that make travel meaningful beyond the destination itself.

Shot at JW Marriott Juhu, the film follows Rai Bachchan through a series of experiences, from a wedding celebration and shared meals to a toast and the discovery of something new. The narrative explores how familiar experiences can take on greater significance when people are fully present rather than simply moving from one moment to the next.

The film opens with the question, “What makes a moment a moment?” and closes with the line, “What makes a moment a moment is when you stay in it.” This central thought anchors the campaign’s message around slowing down, reconnecting with others and appreciating the experiences that unfold while travelling.

The campaign builds on JW Marriott’s association with Rai Bachchan, which was announced in June, and extends the brand’s focus on mindful travel through a personal, experience-led narrative.

The positioning also aligns with findings from a 2025 study by The Luxury Group by Marriott International. According to the study, 90% of affluent travellers in the Asia-Pacific region consider wellness experiences a key factor in their booking decisions, up from 80% the previous year.

Through ‘Stay in the Moment’, JW Marriott connects luxury travel with the value of being present, framing time spent with others and the opportunity to slow down as meaningful parts of the travel experience.
