A Unified Vision for Indian Storytelling
Salt Media Entertainment seeks to blur the lines between digital and cinematic content, streamlining creativity and execution under a single banner. The new company will cater to brands, filmmakers, and creators looking for impactful, scalable storytelling across screens.
“We’re excited to collaborate with RVCJ to create a holistic media ecosystem that serves both brands and audiences. This partnership is all about pushing creative boundaries and delivering compelling narratives,” said Farhan Zamma, Partner & Director, Salt Media.
“RVCJ has always been a frontrunner in digital engagement. With Salt Media, we now expand into long-format, high-quality productions — bridging digital virality with cinematic depth,” added Shahid Javed, Founder, CEO & Partner, RVCJ Digital Media Pvt. Ltd.
First Project and What’s Ahead
The collaboration kicks off with their debut co-production, First Copy, a web series featuring Munawar Faruqi, Gulshan Grover, Krystle D’Souza, Ashi Singh, Meiyang Chang, and Inamulhaq. The show will premiere on Amazon MX Player in June 2025.
Building on this momentum, two more web series are already in production for OTT platforms, underscoring Salt Media Entertainment’s ambitions in long-form content and digital-first storytelling.
With this launch, Salt Media and RVCJ are poised to shape the future of India’s content landscape — where creativity meets execution at scale.
