Real estate developer Runwal has unveiled a refreshed brand identity, now operating under the name Runwal Realty, signaling a renewed focus on long-term value and luxury living. The rebrand is anchored by the new brand philosophy, “Building for Generations to Come,” which underscores the company’s commitment to creating spaces that endure—both structurally and emotionally.

As part of the rebranding initiative, Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor has been announced as the brand’s official ambassador. Kapoor will represent Runwal Realty across its marketing channels, including print, digital, outdoor media, and cinema advertising, as the company strengthens its presence in the luxury real estate segment.
