Razorpay has named Neha Mishra as its new Head of Brand Experiences & Events Marketing, further strengthening its brand and experiential strategy. Mishra brings with her over 18 years of extensive experience across the luxury, lifestyle, entertainment, and sports sectors, with a strong focus on brand storytelling, consumer engagement, and omnichannel marketing.

Prior to joining Razorpay, she served as Vice President of Marketing (Brand Experiences) at Extramarks Education. Her career also spans impactful roles at leading organizations such as Condé Nast India (Vogue, GQ, AD, Conde Nast Traveller), BookMyShow, Seventy EMG, and others.

Throughout her career, Mishra has led award-winning brand experiences and experiential marketing initiatives. She has worked with globally renowned brands including Louis Vuitton, Mercedes-Benz, Diageo, Harley-Davidson, Arsenal FC, and several within the Condé Nast portfolio, helping them establish a strong presence in the Indian market.

She has also helmed large-scale consumer activations, luxury partnerships, experiential IPs, and brand transformation projects, making her a well-rounded leader in experience-driven marketing.

In her new role at Razorpay, Mishra will spearhead the company’s experiential and brand marketing strategies, aiming to build compelling, immersive narratives that deepen brand resonance across sectors.
