Chandni Shah, Founder & COO, FCB Kinnect

Co-founder and COO of FCB Kinnect, Chandni Shah leads operations for the agency’s 600+ members serving national and international clients. From her early days as a child model to becoming a recognized leader in advertising, Chandni has earned accolades such as Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Young Business Leader of the Year (2021), IMPACT’s 50 Most Influential Women in Advertising & Marketing, and Agency Reporter’s SHE Award (2022). A passionate advocate for gender diversity, she has also chaired the Mobile category jury at Abby Awards South Asia.
Jyotirmayee, Founder & CEO, HiveMinds (Madison World)

Jyotirmayee (Jyothi) brings deep expertise in data, technology, and marketing to her role as founder and CEO of HiveMinds, a Madison World unit. She has been instrumental in scaling Indian startups like TutorVista, MobiKwik, BigBasket, and RedBus, leading customer acquisition, building marketing automation tools, and mentoring engineering teams. Under her leadership, HiveMinds has become a key partner for growth-stage companies across India.
Namrata Thakker Shah, Head of Communication, Public Relations & Influencer Marketing, Bestseller India

With over 15 years of experience, Namrata heads Communication, PR, and Influencer Marketing at Bestseller India, managing notable fashion brands including JACK & JONES and VERO MODA. Known for her expertise in brand partnerships, digital trends, and event management, she brings a culturally aware approach to storytelling and audience engagement.
Rima Kirtikar, Group Chief Marketing Officer, Runwal Realty

As Group CMO at Runwal Realty, Rima Kirtikar oversees marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and retail properties. A veteran with nearly 20 years in the field, she is a two-time recipient of the ICSC Viva Best of the Best Award for Marketing and has served as a jury member for the International Shopping Centre Awards.
Ruta Aniruddha Patel, Head – Brand Marketing, Raymond Lifestyle

With over 20 years of experience in marketing and branding, Ruta leads brand marketing for Raymond Lifestyle, handling brands like Park Avenue and ColorPlus. She has held senior leadership positions across agencies and worked with key clients including Mahindra Auto, Tata Motors, and Amul. Ruta is also active in mentoring and teaching emerging marketing talent.
Tara Kapur, India Lead, Duolingo English Test

Tara brings over 15 years of marketing experience in media, entertainment, and consumer tech. Currently India Lead for Duolingo English Test, she manages go-to-market strategies across APAC. Tara’s background includes roles at Netflix, Duolingo, and Vice Media, and she holds a Leadership & Management degree from IIM Calcutta.
Taranjeet Kaur, VP & Head of Media, Digital Marketing & Brand PR, Tata Consumer Products

Taranjeet leads digital marketing, media, and brand PR at Tata Consumer Products, with a focus on harnessing emerging trends and technology. A sought-after speaker and thought leader, she has shared her insights on digital transformation at IIT Delhi and regularly contributes to industry forums on marketing innovation.
