Meesho’s ‘Shopping ki Power’ Campaign Empowers New Shoppers with Real Reviews and Hassle-Free Returns

Meesho, one of India’s fastest-growing e-commerce platforms, has launched its new campaign, ‘Shopping ki Power,’ aimed at encouraging first-time online shoppers to confidently embrace digital shopping.

The campaign’s core message—‘Shopping ki power lo apne haath mein’—invites consumers to take control of their shopping experience by making smarter, more informed decisions using Meesho’s intuitive features.

The campaign features two key commercials:

  • ‘Lucky Draw’ highlights the importance of checking genuine customer reviews and real product images. It shows how shoppers can assess details like fabric, color, and design by exploring verified reviews before buying, reducing uncertainty.
  • ‘Chase’ focuses on Meesho’s straightforward easy return and refund policy, demonstrating how hassle-free returns and fast refunds make shopping risk-free and boost customer satisfaction.

Created collaboratively by Meesho’s in-house team and DDB Mudra, the campaign takes an educational approach, spotlighting two major factors that build trust in e-commerce: authentic customer feedback and a seamless return process. By doing so, Meesho aims to empower shoppers to make confident choices and enjoy a smooth purchase journey.

Our ‘Shopping ki Power’ campaign equips them with tools and resources to shop confidently and seek support if needed.”

A significant focus of the campaign is educating users about Meesho’s easy return and refund policy. The platform promises a simple three-step return process and quick refunds, offering shoppers peace of mind with every purchase.

To maximize reach, Meesho is promoting the campaign across multiple channels, including TV and popular social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The two engaging TV commercials form the campaign’s backbone, aimed at debunking common myths about online shopping while highlighting Meesho’s user-friendly features.

The campaign was brought to life in partnership with Footloose Films. The creative team includes Priyang Davey, Prashashti Tiwari, and Yaman Dhingra from Meesho, and Rahul Matthew, Harshada Menon, and Siddhesh Khatavkar from DDB Mudra. Directed by Indrashish Mukherjee and produced by Kedhhar Barrve and Pallavi Singh, the ads seek to engage and educate first-time shoppers while reinforcing Meesho’s commitment to earning consumer trust.
