Maxposure Acquires Neutral Digital to Drive Global Expansion and XR Innovation in Aviation

Maxposure Limited, a leading player in aviation entertainment and content marketing, has announced its acquisition of Neutral Digital, a London-based firm known for its cutting-edge immersive experiences, CGI, and XR-driven aviation solutions.

With nearly 20 years of experience delivering content and technology solutions to aviation partners such as IndiGo and Air India, Maxposure’s acquisition of Neutral Digital marks a strategic move to elevate inflight entertainment by integrating immersive and interactive technologies. Neutral Digital brings expertise in extended reality (XR) and computer-generated imagery (CGI), serving a global client base including Boeing, Airbus, Qatar Airways, Emirates, British Airways, Lufthansa, Etihad, Panasonic, Viasat, and WestJet.

As part of the acquisition, Maxposure will invest in scaling Neutral Digital’s technology and global growth. The collaboration will also unlock cross-selling opportunities, combining Maxposure’s inflight content capabilities with Neutral Digital’s immersive tech to enhance passenger engagement and transform the onboard experience. Despite joining the Maxposure portfolio, Neutral Digital will continue to operate independently, preserving its unique identity while leveraging Maxposure’s global infrastructure.
