Havas Partners with AI Platform Ostro to Transform Healthcare Engagement

Havas has entered into a strategic global partnership with Ostro, an AI-driven engagement platform tailored for the life sciences sector. The alliance includes a significant investment from Havas and aligns with the group’s larger transformation plan, which commits €400 million over four years toward advancing its capabilities in data, technology, and artificial intelligence.

Ostro enables personalised healthcare journeys by functioning as an AI interface that bridges life science companies with healthcare providers and patients. The platform facilitates dynamic, agent-led engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance and rapid deployment—typically within eight weeks.

“Ostro’s technology goes beyond traditional content delivery. It’s context-aware and designed to foster intelligent, adaptive engagement throughout the healthcare experience,” said Ahmed Elsayyad, President & Co-Founder of Ostro.

The agreement grants Havas access to Ostro’s platform across its global network, with initial implementation focused on clients within the Havas Health Network. Wider adoption is expected across Havas’ Creative and Media divisions, supporting streamlined workflows and advanced audience engagement capabilities.
