Branding firm to offer purpose-driven brand building support to early-stage startups without upfront fees.

Bloombox Brand Engineers has launched a new initiative aimed at supporting early-stage startups with strategic branding — without the typical financial barrier. Through its newly introduced ‘Branding for Equity’ model, the firm will partner with selected startups to provide branding services in exchange for equity, instead of upfront payments.

The program offers comprehensive branding support, including purpose discovery, brand positioning, identity development, and storytelling. It is specifically designed for pre-Series A startups with strong growth potential.

As part of the initiative, Bloombox is offering free 30-minute brand consultations to startup founders during StartUp Mahakumbh in Delhi. These sessions aim to help founders understand their brand’s purpose and potential direction, and may serve as a gateway to the equity-based branding model.

“We believe that great ideas shouldn’t be held back by limited resources,” said Laeeq Ali, Chief Brand Architect at Bloombox. “Our purpose-centric approach ensures that the brand, people, culture, and products are aligned with a larger mission. We’re here to enable startup success through thoughtful, strategic brand building.”

Ravi D’Abreo, Co-founder and Business Architect at Bloombox, emphasized the firm’s hands-on, collaborative approach. “Our work goes far beyond conventional branding. We aim to be a sounding board and a trusted advisor — almost like a co-founder — helping startup founders make crucial business decisions, not just design choices,” he said.

Founders of eligible startups are encouraged to book a free consultation to explore potential collaboration opportunities under the ‘Branding for Equity’ model.
