AnyMind Group, a BPaaS (Business-Process-as-a-Service) company specializing in marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation, has announced five key leadership appointments. The move reflects the company’s strategic shift toward deeper AI integration across its operations, with a focus on scaling digital commerce, enhancing its creator ecosystem, and optimizing marketing and publishing services.

The newly appointed leaders include:

  • Ryuji Takemoto as Chief Product Officer
  • Shodai Fujita as Country Manager, Japan
  • Kiatisak Watcharapruk as Managing Director, Creator Growth
  • Masaki Okawa as Managing Director, Strategy
  • Steven Tan as Managing Director, Fulfillment

“These appointments mark a pivotal moment for AnyMind as we continue to scale across Asia and beyond,” said Kosuke Sogo, CEO and Co-founder of AnyMind Group. “Each leader brings a wealth of experience in technology, digital commerce, and operations, strengthening the foundation we need to shape the future of business through AI.”

Driving an AI-Native Vision

Ryuji Takemoto, one of AnyMind’s earliest engineers, steps into the role of Chief Product Officer after leading product development as Managing Director. He will oversee AI integration across all product verticals and lead the newly formed AI App Studio, managing cross-regional teams across Tokyo, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Bangalore, and Hangzhou.

“As we evolve into an AI-native company, I aim to embed AI and large language model capabilities across our platforms and teams to drive operational efficiency and deliver greater value to our customers,” Takemoto said.

Rising Talent and Regional Leadership

Shodai Fujita, who began his career at AnyMind as a graduate and later spearheaded influencer marketing and e-commerce in Japan, now takes charge as Country Manager for Japan. “It’s an honor to lead our Japan business at this exciting juncture. I look forward to accelerating innovation and delivering enhanced value through AI-led solutions,” he noted.

Kiatisak Watcharapruk, who previously led AI initiatives including Google’s Gemini rollout in Asia Pacific, joins as Managing Director of Creator Growth. He succeeds Punsak Limvatanayingyong, founder of Moindy, acquired by AnyMind in 2019.

“The creator economy is at an inflection point, and I’m excited to harness AI to elevate content creation, distribution, and monetization for creators across our network,” said Watcharapruk. AnyMind currently works with over 2,900 creators as of December 2024.

Strategic Expansion and Operational Excellence

Masaki Okawa, a former Vice President at Procter & Gamble with 16 years of experience, joins as Managing Director of Strategy. He also serves as non-executive Chief Strategy Officer at logistics startup Logipeace.

“My goal is to help propel AnyMind into a globally recognized AI-native BPaaS leader by leveraging my background in business development, marketing, and organizational growth,” Okawa stated.

Steven Tan, founder and CEO of Arche Digital (acquired by AnyMind), takes on the additional role of Managing Director of Fulfillment. He will oversee warehousing, distribution, and the growth of the company’s cross-border logistics platform, AnyLogi.

“We’re focused on building scalable, future-ready fulfillment capabilities that integrate online platforms with offline infrastructure across the region,” Tan said.

These leadership changes underscore AnyMind Group’s broader mission to lead the next wave of AI-driven innovation across Asia’s digital and business landscapes.
